Standard Bulk Order (50+ Sets)
- Week 1-2: Design finalization, fabric sourcing, and pre-shrinking.
- Week 3: Pre-Production Sample (PPS) creation and client approval.
- Week 4-8: Bulk precision cutting, stitching, and embroidery application.
- Week 9-10: Final 27-point QC, poly-bagging, and export carton packing.
- Week 11-12: Freight booking (Sea/Air) and customs documentation.
Export & Shipping Logistics
Our team manages the entire export process from Sialkot, Pakistan, to your nearest port or facility.
- Air Freight: 7-14 days (Faster, premium cost).
- Sea Freight: 30-45 days (Economical for bulk Gi orders).
- Incoterms: We offer flexible terms (FOB, CIF) based on your logistics preference.
